Joining I&CO in 2021 as Engagement Manager, Mariko Kondo has led the crafting and activation of corporate purposes, redesigning of digital experiences, and the formulation and practice of brand strategies while engaging in dialogue with C-suite executives of global companies. In the field of branding, Mariko possesses upstream and downstream experience in user research, creative production, and media design.

Norikuni Takamiya and Takashi Mazawa, former co-heads of the Tokyo office, will expand their role to oversee both the Tokyo office and the newly established Singapore office. Rei Inamoto, founding partner of I&CO, will continue guiding businesses in New York, Tokyo, and Singapore.
